Handcrafted Products (Including Candles):
As all our hand crafted products, including our candles, are meticulously handcrafted to order, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or cancellations. Each handcrafted product is made with care and attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality for our customers. We believe in delivering products that meet our standards of excellence, and each handcrafted product is tailored to your specific preferences.
However, if you encounter any issues with your order or if your handcrafted product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will do our utmost to address your concerns and find a satisfactory solution.
Other Products:
For our other products, we offer an exchange policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of an item, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. To qualify for a an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Exchanges require proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, receipt).
Please note that certain exceptions may apply to specific products, such as items marked as final sale. Any such exceptions will be clearly outlined on the product page.
